Regulatory & Compliance Officer (F&B)

Our client is one of the local leading Herbal & Wellness Beverage Companies. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Regulatory & Compliance Officer to be part of their R&D team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North - easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities of Regulatory & Compliance Officer:

• Conduct trials, prep samples, maintain R&D records, and support ingredient research
• Prepare regulatory docs, support product registration, and review labels/claims
• Maintain food safety records, ISO documentation, and support audits
• Manage Halal documentation, traceability, and audit support
• Support production documentation, batch records, SOPs, and compliance monitoring
• Maintain COAs, MSDS, supplier lists, and traceability records
  

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Certificate in Food Science, Food Technology or related study
• Min 1 - 2 years of experience in food safety system, regulatory or R&D in similar setting
