Regulatory Compliance/ Monitoring Executive (6 Months Contract) NKC

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Executive to support regulatory monitoring and testing activities, ensuring compliance with applicable banking and financial regulations. The role involves conducting compliance reviews, preparing management reports, supporting regulatory audits and inspections, and identifying opportunities to strengthen compliance processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regulatory monitoring, surveillance, and compliance testing in accordance with established frameworks.
• Perform risk-based reviews to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare and maintain compliance reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
• Support regulatory inspections, internal audits, and external audits by coordinating information requests and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assist in assessing their impact on business operations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned compliance activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to strengthen operational efficiency and compliance controls.
• Perform other compliance-related duties as assigned
