Regulatory Compliance/ Monitoring Executive (12 Months Contract) NKC

Conduct risk-based compliance monitoring and testing programmes

Perform surveillance and thematic reviews to assess regulatory compliance

Develop monitoring tools, reports and resources to improve assurance quality

Plan and schedule monitoring activities to ensure timely completion

Conduct sufficient and representative testing for independent assurance

Prepare and review monitoring reports for accuracy and quality

Collate information and prepare reports for regulators, Head Office and senior management

Ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions

Manage and support regulatory, internal and external audits

Provide accurate information and respond to auditors and regulators queries

Review and understand business processes and controls to identify regulatory risks

Keep up to date with relevant laws, regulations and regulatory expectations
