Regulatory Compliance Lead

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Lead to join a leading Singapore-based alternative investment firm.

This role sits within the head office and supports the firm's compliance monitoring programme across Singapore and other key jurisdictions. The focus is on ensuring robust regulatory adherence across core business compliance areas and continuously enhancing compliance processes in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance and licensing obligations across jurisdictions
• Review and advise on marketing, disclosures, and business initiatives
• Drive compliance monitoring, governance, and control enhancements

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in financial services / investment management
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (MAS preferred; other regulators a plus)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• High integrity, sound judgment, and leadership capability
