Job Description

Join a Global Leader in Sustainable Energy at the forefront of the EV revolution. As an agency partner, we are looking for a strategic engineer to bridge the gap between world-class R&D and regional regulatory landscapes.

The Mission

You will be the technical voice of the organization within APAC standards bodies (IEC, BSMI, KATS), driving the compliance roadmap for high-performance charging infrastructure and power conversion systems.

Core Responsibilities

  • Standards Leadership: Represent the company in industry associations to shape future technical regulations and author influential white papers.

  • Strategic Entry: Conduct regulatory analysis for new market entries, identifying technical risks and approval pathways.

  • Design Validation: Review design concepts from incubation to production to ensure early-stage compliance in EMC, Wireless, and Safety.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Direct the execution of compliance testing with global certification bodies (UL, TUV, DEKRA, etc.).

Requirements

  • Technical Background: B.S. in Electrical Engineering (or related) with 5+ years in product compliance.

  • Domain Expertise: Expert knowledge of IEC/EN 61851 and IEC/EN 62368-1.

  • Technical Protocols: Familiarity with charging standards (CCS, CHAdeMO, GB) and metrology (MID, ANSI C12.1).

  • Regional Agility: Willingness to travel within the region.

  • Design Fluency: Prior hands-on experience in HV systems or digital communications is a significant advantage.
