Regulatory Compliance AVP/VP - Capital Markets, Payments

Our client, a prominent fintech/payments firm, is looking for a regulatory advisory professional to join the team.

You will manage regulatory enquiries, submissions and inspections and be involved in applying for and maintaining regulatory licenses. You will be involved in compliance advisory for regulatory and licensing matters and ensure that the firm adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong regulatory compliance knowledge for Capital Markets and/or Payments, with 7-12 years of Compliance experience. Prior experience with regulatory liaison and CMSL regulatory requirements would be advantageous. Proficiency in Mandarin is a prerequisite as there would be interaction with stakeholders based in Mainland China.
