Role: Regulatory Compliance Advisory, AVP equivalent

Client: Bank

Location: Singapore (onsite)

This is an individual contributor role that sits as part of a wider regulatory compliance team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compliance advisory to the business in line with regulatory requirements
• Ensure that policies and procedures are developed or updated in line with new or revised regulations / regulatory expectations
• Ensure that the business is compliant to PDPA requirements

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of business-aligned regulatory compliance advisory experience within banking
• Sound knowledge in regulations such as Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act and PDPA
• Experience in liaising with regulators would be advantageous
• Ideally retail or wealth management background but open to other business segment experience
