About Our Client
My client is one of the world's largest alternative investment firm, overseeing assets across private equity, real estate, and other specialized investment strategies.
Job Description
- Build, refine, and periodically review compliance frameworks to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
- Manage regulatory‑related tasks, including addressing inquiries from regulators and fulfilling licensing obligations.
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on internal policies, regulatory expectations, and associated compliance risks.
- Oversee the coordination and timely submission of required regulatory filings.
- Provide guidance to business teams on policy interpretation, regulatory changes, and compliance‑related.
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues in the firm's international offices to ensure consistent compliance practices.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- At-least 5 years of legal & compliance experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
