Regulatory and Antitrust Paralegal

One of the largest global law firms is looking to hire a paralegal for their Regulatory/Antitrust team. It is a newly created role to support the growing practice. You will be helping with legal research, simple drafting and competition/merger control filings. You will also review and analyse large volumes of data for due diligence and investigations exercises. This is a regional APAC role and you will be liaising with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Experience as a paralegal either with a law firm, regulatory authority or in-house legal department
• Prior experience with regulatory, antitrust, competition or investigations matters
• Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is a highly advantageous as you will be working with Mandarin-speaking clients
