Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire product compliance and registration process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements in the respective market.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of product registration, from initial submission to obtaining local registration approval, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Regulatory & Compliance team in HQ to provide regular updates on the status of product registrations, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the process.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including the Regulatory & Compliance team, Brand Team, Supply Chain team and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and compliance with local regulations and standards and product launch requirement.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to update all relevant stakeholders on the status of product registrations, highlighting any key milestones, challenges, or risks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to product compliance from internal teams and external regulatory bodies, providing timely and accurate information as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Team and the Supply Chain team to localize product packaging and labelling materials to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Review and approve packaging materials to ensure they meet regulatory specifications, including language, warnings, and product information.
  • Work with Supply Chain team to ensure all imports fulfill local custom requirement and could clear custom in a smooth and efficient manner
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all product compliance activities, including registration approvals and correspondence.
  • Generate regular reports on the status of product registrations, compliance metrics, and key performance indicators for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical science, or another relevant field preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, quality assurance or related fields
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English and Vietnamese
  • Experience working in industries subject to strict regulatory requirements, such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer goods, electronics, or manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of managing compliance programs and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure is key to success in the role
