Regular Part-Time Weekend Tuition Centre Lead & Sales Closer (English / Chinese)

We are a growing tuition centre seeking reliable, articulate, and academically strong individuals to join us as a Regular Part-Time Weekend Tuition Centre Lead & Sales Closer.

This role is ideal for:

• Poly and uni students familiar with tuition environments

• Stay-home / work-from-home mums

• Individuals looking for meaningful side income in education

You will be the first point of contact for parents and students, supporting enrolment, answering academic queries, and guiding families through trial classes and sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome parents and students (online / on-site where applicable)

• Explain PSLE and O-Level English and Chinese tuition programmes clearly and confidently

• Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, Zoom, or calls

• Conduct basic academic needs assessment and recommend suitable classes

• Follow up with warm leads and close enrolments

• Coordinate with teachers and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with PSLE and/or O-Level English and Chinese syllabus

• Able to explain academic concepts clearly to parents

• Comfortable speaking to parents and handling objections

• Responsible, organised, and follow-up oriented

• Available regularly on weekends

• Prior tuition centre, teaching, or sales experience is an advantage (but not required)

Working Hours

• Part-time, weekends

• Flexible shifts (typically 4-8 hours per weekend day)

Compensation

• $10/hour base pay

• Commission per successful enrolment

• High performers can earn up to $5,000/month in side income
