This role supports daily registry operations by handling court-related applications, managing case and hearing schedules, assisting members of the public with application processes, and ensuring timely processing of documents and court orders.
Attend to onsite counter duties and handle telephone enquiries relating to applications and court-related processes.
Assist self-represented court users (public) in Probate, Deputyship, or Adoption (MAP) applications.
Process court orders and carry out assigned duties within stipulated timelines.
Handle a high volume of applications submitted through the e-litigation system and support the timely issuance of grants.
Manage hearing schedules, fixture lists, and case conference arrangements effectively on a weekly basis.
Liaise with Judicial Officers to seek directions and follow up on applications within required timelines.
Notify relevant parties of upcoming court sessions through the appropriate communication channels.
Support registry records management and ensure proper documentation practices.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across various levels within the organisation.
