Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Physiotherapist (Sports & MSK) role based in Singapore. The physiotherapist will assess and diagnose sports-related and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and documenting clinical findings and outcomes accurately. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and performance optimization, while collaborating with other healthcare and sports professionals as appropriate. The physiotherapist is expected to contribute to clinical quality initiatives and participate in continuous learning to maintain up-to-date practice.
Qualifications
  • Professional qualification and registration as a Physiotherapist, with recognized credentials suitable for practice in Singapore.
  • Demonstrated experience in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment of acute and chronic injuries.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and functional rehabilitation for athletes and active individuals.
  • Strong patient communication and education skills, with the ability to explain clinical findings and treatment plans clearly and respectfully.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment, while collaborating effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Experience with sports teams, performance programs, or return-to-sport planning is an advantage.
  • Comfort with basic clinical documentation systems and maintaining accurate, confidential patient records.
