Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and quality nursing care while educating patients and their families on basic healthcare, treatment guidance, and follow-up care.
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor patients vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Collect and handle patient samples as required.
- Support the Senior Nurse and Nurse Manager with daily clinical operations and patient management.
- Assist specialist doctors and nursing colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and records.
- Carry out other nursing and clinic-related duties as assigned by the clinic management team.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above / Degree and above in Nursing with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Registration.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Caring and patient-focused attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Responsible, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality patient care.
