Recruit123 is currently partnering with established healthcare institutions and community care organizations to hire Registered Nurses. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver patient-centered clinical care across acute hospital settings, sub-acute rehabilitation wards, and community health programs, playing a vital role in patient recovery and holistic well-being.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing assessments, individualized patient care plans, and clinical interventions in accordance with established clinical pathways and safety guidelines.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include administering medications, managing complex wound care, monitoring vital signs, and responding promptly to patient clinical escalations.

You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams- including doctors, allied health professionals, and medical social workers-to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and smooth discharge transitions into the community. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families on post-discharge management and health maintenance, maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR), and uphold rigorous infection control and clinical audit standards across the care unit. What we are looking for:

We are seeking candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and valid full registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

You should have at least 1 to 3 years of clinical nursing experience within an acute hospital, community hospital, or sub-acute healthcare setting (open to experienced Staff Nurses and Senior Staff Nurses).

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required.

You must demonstrate strong clinical acumen, genuine empathy, and effective communication skills to interact compassionately with diverse patients and caregivers. Depending on the setting, candidates should be open to rotating shift patterns (for inpatient units) or regular operating hours (for community/outpatient clinics).
