Role Description

Qualified Singapore Architect registered with Board of Architects

This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore for a Senior Architect or Architect who is registered with the Board of Architects. The Architect will be responsible for creating and overseeing architectural designs, managing public, residential and commercial projects, so they have to be familiar with local building contracts and building codes. As we are a design firm, the quality and outcome of design also needs to be robust in design concept, presentation, all the way to project and contract administration and completion, and ensuring consistent standards.

Qualifications

• Registered with Singapore Board of Architects
• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project and Building Contracts Management, including planning, execution, and team coordination
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software for architectural and design purposes
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Singaporean and Permanent Residents preferred
