We are supporting a leading global company in its ambitious growth plans across the Asia Pacific. The organisation has been expanding rapidly, completing over 1,000 partnership deals.
As Regional VP Growth - Asia Pacific, you will:
- Lead and drive partnership sales teams across your assigned markets.
- Ensure teams deliver KPIs, achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Generate awareness and visibility of the partnership proposition through strong B2B business development.
- Identify, pitch, and convert prospective partners through networking, outreach, and deal negotiation.
- Support teams in delivering fast-cycle deals.
- Spend time in the field, coaching and enabling your teams to succeed.
- Localise and implement tools and processes that help your teams win.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to set strategy and ensure delivery of 2026 growth targets.
What we're looking for:
- 35 years of B2B sales leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-growth multinational environment and a big team management experience is a plus.
- Strong track record in B2B business development/hunting roles, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Background in fast and high-volume sales environments.
- Proven ability to recruit, manage, and inspire distributed sales teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to close commercially significant deals.
- Resilient, open-minded, and flexible with a can-do mindset. Open to travel for business.
