The Talent:
- 5+ years of experience in photo editing, multimedia production, or art direction within creative industries (advertising, publishing, entertainment, or agencies).
- Strong knowledge of photography genres and visual trends.
- Familiarity with image rights, licensing, and legal clearance processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and productivity tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.
Job Description
- Research, curate, and license visual picttures/ assets for diverse projects across international markets.
- Manage budgets, negotiate fees, and handle contracts with agencies and artists.
- Maintain accurate tracking and archival of assets, licenses, and budgets.
- Brief and art-direct retouching to ensure high-quality standards.
- Build and maintain a network of photographers, photo agencies, and image sources.
