Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Regional Vice President at QS Careers. The Regional Vice President will provide strategic direction, oversee operational activities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including industry professionals, university partners, and alumni. Responsibilities include leading and managing regional initiatives, organizing career development events, coordinating collaborations, and mentoring team members to achieve program goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management experience, including strategic decision-making and team mentoring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of career development programs, the construction or QS industry, and university partnerships (preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
