Job Description

Role Description
  • Lead and execute regional sales strategy aligned with overall company revenue and growth objectives
  • Manage and oversee multiple country or territory sales teams, including Sales Directors and Managers
  • Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition across the assigned region
  • Develop regional sales plans, targets, and forecasting models
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and strategic accounts
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs (quota attainment, conversion rates, deal size)
  • Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies
  • Lead high-value deal negotiations and support complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent across the region
  • Ensure consistent sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting standards
  • Manage regional budgets, sales operations, and resource allocation
  • Represent the company in regional events, conferences, and executive meetings
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA often preferred)
  • 12–20+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding regional sales targets
  • Experience managing multi-country or large regional sales teams
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen and market understanding
  • Ability to operate in high-pressure, target-driven environments
  • Experience in industries such as technology, SaaS, finance, or enterprise services is preferred
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region
