Our client is a MNC in Machinery Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Regional Treasury Specialist to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash operations and treasury functions to ensure smooth group finance and trade activities, including cash positioning, loan disbursements, FX risk management, fund transfers, daily settlements, reconciliation of cash balances, investigating exceptions, resolving issues, and follow-ups on accounts as needed.
- Develop and implement cash management and borrowing strategies, providing actionable insights to optimize working capital and reduce financing costs.
- Monitor, analyze, and forecast cash inflows and outflows, coordinating month-end treasury reporting and preparing cash forecasts.
- Implement hedging strategies aligned with risk management policies to minimize foreign exchange exposure.
- Design interest rate structures to ensure profitability while complying with transfer pricing guidelines.
- Assist in creating, rolling out, and communicating global cash management policies and procedures, identifying strategic priorities from global liquidity assessments, and applying best practices for funding and capital management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, or in relevant fields
- Minimum 7 years relevant Treasury experience (regional or global role)
- CPA or CFA designation is preferred
