We're working with a leading insurer looking to hire a (Senior) Travel / A&H Underwriter to support their regional portfolio across Asia.
The Role
- Underwrite travel and A&H risks across individual, group, and partnership channels
- Assess risk exposure, pricing, and terms based on data, claims trends, and market insights
- Manage and monitor portfolio performance (loss ratios, trends, profitability)
- Support product development, enhancements, and regional rollouts
- Partner with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders across APAC to structure solutions and win business
- Contribute to underwriting strategy, process improvements, and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 27 years underwriting experience in Travel Insurance or Accident & Health
- Strong technical underwriting and analytical skillset
- Good understanding of regional market dynamics and distribution channels
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with a commercial mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
