Job Summary
Savills seeks a Regional Transaction Manager to execute lease transactions across Asia Pacific, collaborating with brokerage teams and clients to deliver strategic property solutions and manage key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Execute lease transactions including renewals, relocations, expansions, contractions, and exits across the regional portfolio
- Translate commercial lease terms into clear summaries for regional and global stakeholders
- Perform transaction-level financial analysis such as renewal vs relocation comparisons, cash flow modelling, and NPV analysis
- Develop site-specific recommendations for renewal, relocation, restructure, or exit options
- Support or lead commercial negotiations with local Savills brokerage teams
- Maintain detailed records of negotiation positions and outcomes per client governance standards
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables aligned with client playbooks, templates, and reporting standards
- Articulate analysis, assumptions, trade-offs, and recommendations confidently to client stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and internal alignment of client materials before release
- Coordinate between clients and property managers on leased and owned assets
- Monitor and review property management performance against lease obligations and service standards
- Align lease terms with property management delivery, including services, operating hours, utilities, handover conditions, and reinstatement obligations
Required competencies and certifications
- Experience supporting large corporate or global occupier accounts within a structured delivery environment
- Expertise in property management for large international property portfolios
- Proven skills in financial modelling and real estate transaction analysis
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Approximately 10+ years experience in commercial real estate transaction management, property management, or corporate real estate advisory
