The Regional Training Manager is a newly created role which will play a pivotal role in advancing our client's mission to provide unparalleled services which differentiate from traditional pet food brands. This role emphasizes delivering a unique and valuable experience to pet parents and their pets by integrating expert nutrition planning, digital ecosystems, and personalized customer engagement across Asia.

Drive Nutrition Experience as a Key Differentiation
- Champion our client's unique value proposition: selling tailored nutrition plans instead of just pet food, ensuring every pet receives a customized solution that aligns with their needs.
- Advocate the importance of nutrition consultancy services as our client's core differentiator in all market strategies and initiatives.
Develop In-Market Digital Ecosystem and Drive Global Digital Solution Adaptation
- Develop and enhance exclusive experiences for pet parents and their pets through a comprehensive digital ecosystem, encompassing nutrition plan proposals, follow-ups, and post-proposal engagement.
- Integrate and adapt global digital tools to integrate into WeChat, WhatsApp, and LINE, focus on priority markets (China, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, India) to optimize the digital journey of pet parents.
- Lead the implementation and localization of technology stack to accelerate Nutrition Consultant Solution with real-time, data-driven support for pet parents and nutrition consultants.
Deliver Nutrition Consultant Training
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to empower local nutrition consultants in priority markets, ensuring alignment with global standards and values.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously optimize them based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Lead the development and execution of localized Nutrition Day activations in each market to promote Nutrition Consultant services and engage pet parents.
- Collaborate with local teams to ensure these activations resonate with regional audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Qualifications -
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in regional training, CRM management, or luxury goods sales/training.
- Proven track record in training and development of teams, ideally in a regional or multi-market setting.
- Strong understanding of pet parents digital behaviours, with experience in app-based and platform-specific customer engagement (e.g., WeChat, WhatsApp, LINE).
- Experience with AI solutions & digital tools is highly preferred.
- Luxury experience or prior work in high-end consumer brands is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects across diverse markets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
