We are partnering with a leading logistics organisation undergoing strong growth and transformation, and are looking to strengthen its Total Rewards function across Southeast Asia & Oceania. This role is based in the northeast of Singapore.
This is a key regional role where you will partner closely with HR and business leaders to shape compensation strategies, drive reward initiatives, and ensure strong governance across diverse markets.
What you'll do:
- Drive regional total rewards initiatives including job evaluation, grading, salary structures, and compensation planning
- Lead participation in market benchmarking surveys, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to advise on compensation frameworks, policies, and pay decisions
- Review and recommend competitive remuneration packages aligned with market and internal equity
- Support bonus scheme design, including modelling, costing, and analysis
- Harmonise benefits, allowances, and insurance programmes across the region
- Provide data-driven insights and scenario modelling to guide pay positioning and reward strategy
- Ensure consistent application of reward frameworks while balancing local market dynamics
What we're looking for:
- 8-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a multinational environment
- Strong grounding in total rewards practices (job evaluation, salary structures, benchmarking)
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Able to translate data into practical, business-focused recommendations
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
- Regional exposure is a strong advantage
