About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Services Manager to lead and support a group of service and support engineers across the APAC region. The role focuses on delivering technical service excellence, supporting press-trials, providing troubleshooting expertise, and partnering with the regional sales team to ensure successful outcomes for customers in the printing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of service and support engineers across APAC, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Oversee and coordinate service delivery, including press-trials, installations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Support the regional sales team with customer demonstrations, technical presentations, and after-sales activities.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Provide feedback from the field to drive product improvements and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Monitor service performance, team productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical services, field support, or service management, with a focus in the printing industry, knowledge of large capital printing
  • Practical experience in press-trials, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical support.
  • Strong leadership potential with prior experience leading or mentoring service teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and geographies.
  • Commercial awareness to support sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across APAC.
  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Open to travel (50%)
