As a RegionalTechnical Service Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role to lead technical service operations across APAC. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction for Avitum equipment

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and act as senior escalation point for service issues.
  • Define and execute regional service strategies, set KPIs, and drive operational consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with APAC medical device regulations and international standards (ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP).
  • Lead and develop technical teams across multiple countries through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Partner with sales and commercial teams to support product launches, service readiness, and customer escalations.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across diverse APAC markets with strong cross‑cultural communication.
  • Oversee audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel across APAC as required to support regional operations.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, IT, or Mechatronics Engineering will be advantage)
  • Over 10 years in a technical service role (preferably regional or multi-country)
  • Experienced in the installation, repair, and maintenance of medical equipment
  • Knowledge of quality standards and compliance
  • Good command of the English language
  • Hands-on experience with HD equipment (e.g., HD, CRRT, water treatment systems)
  • Experience with Digital Solutions related to dialysis systems or implementation
  • Knowledge of Service Management Tools (e.g., ServiceMax)
  • Familiar with ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP, or equivalent standards
