Regional Tax Manager (Open to Big4)

We are partnering with a leading global consumer goods company that is expanding its footprint across the region. As part of this growth, the organisation is seeking a Regional Tax Manager to join its Finance team based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
The role covers end-to-end tax management, including developing tax plans, ensuring compliance with direct, indirect, and transfer pricing requirements, and overseeing tax reporting and filings. You will collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to align tax strategies across regions, manage audits, assess risks, and support the implementation of tax initiatives. In addition, you will participate in ad-hoc projects and contribute to process improvements.

Travelling in excess of 50% to North/South America is anticipated. Please note that work arrangements will be 100% onsite.

Requirements

Ideally, you will have 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates with prior expertise from Big 4 Tax and / or fast-paced, dynamic industries will be highly regarded. To succeed in this role, you are a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates initiative, and is comfortable working in a fast-evolving landscape.
