Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to achieve hiring objectives across multiple business functions.
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, from talent sourcing through offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies to support current and future hiring needs.
- Analyse recruitment market trends and talent availability to provide hiring recommendations and market insights.
- Monitor recruitment performance through hiring metrics and reporting, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring journey while maintaining a high standard of employer representation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, and workflows.
- Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and talent engagement activities.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
- Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted relationships.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics, reporting, and talent market intelligence.
- Experience supporting hiring within manufacturing, engineering, technology, industrial, or related sectors will be advantageous.
- Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.
