Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a leading multinational organisation within the semiconductor industry to hire for an exciting opportunity based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to achieve hiring objectives across multiple business functions.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, from talent sourcing through offer management and onboarding coordination.
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyse recruitment market trends and talent availability to provide hiring recommendations and market insights.
  • Monitor recruitment performance through hiring metrics and reporting, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring journey while maintaining a high standard of employer representation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and talent engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted relationships.
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics, reporting, and talent market intelligence.
  • Experience supporting hiring within manufacturing, engineering, technology, industrial, or related sectors will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.
