We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Singapore or Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose:

Manage sustainability-related technical projects across key APAC markets in alignment with DHL corporate sustainability goals, regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations. Drive implementation of green building initiatives and energy programs (e.g., energy efficiency, solar PV, battery energy storage), ensuring robust technical due diligence, budget/schedule control and transparent reporting to local BU leads and the CRE APAC Sustainability Lead.

Your tasks:

• Technical SME: Conduct due diligence and technical assessments for solar PV and BESS review designs/specifications and performance guarantees.
• Project Management: Plan, execute and monitor sustainability projects across multiple sites develop and track budgets, schedules and KPIs.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with CRE, Business Units, Procurement and Legal colleagues, and external consultants/vendors.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present project updates to local BU leads and the CRE APAC Sustainability Lead.
• Standards & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and DHL sustainability specifications (PV, BESS, BMS, HVAC).

Your profile:

Education Level

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field advanced degree or certifications in Sustainability/Energy are a plus.

Experience Level

• Sustainability Project / Technical Manager
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in sustainability/energy projects, preferably within industrial/logistics real estate across APAC.
