Regional Sustainability Intern - Engagement

YOUR ROLE

Working closely with and reporting into the APAC Head of Sustainability as well as collaborating with all the countries in the region, you will support on various sustainability-related tasks and projects with a particular focus on engagement.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

High involvement in the engagement of the APAC CSR network:

• Be responsible for the deployment of Engage for Good, our internal CSR Challenge. Evaluate and validate actions. Engage APAC countries teams to participate (communication, monitoring, etc.)
• Participate in environmental reporting (monthly data collection, surveys, (impact) analysis, quarterly reviews) & help the countries structure their CSR programs
• Contribute to the APAC newsletter, Go Green

Support environmental-focused initiatives, including for customers:

• Participate in the search of new, innovative ideas to support the Company's sustainability targets
• Support GHG Emissions calculation and decarbonisation efforts
• Create benchmarks, questionnaires, surveys related to green supply chain

Support awareness raising initiatives:

• Organize quarterly employee engagement event
• Contribute to internal training programs for our Sales and Operations Teams
• Ad-hoc support on NGO / Community-engagement projects.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Undergraduate or Graduate Degree student
• Passionate about environmental challenges and solutions. Prior knowledge in CSR is a plus.
• Organized, meticulous and analytical
• Keen to learn, fast learner, proactive
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel Proficiency is a plus
• Fluent oral, written and presentation skills in English
• Chinese language or other regional language is a plus
• Credit Bearing internship from Jan - June 26
• Location 164 Kallang Way
