We are partnering with a leading organization to hire a Regional Supply Chain Analyst supporting regional supply chain operations across SEA. The role will be responsible for driving supply chain visibility, performance analytics, operational reporting, and cross-functional coordination to support business continuity and service excellence across the SEA regio

n.

• ies:Monitor supply chain performance, inventory exposure, service levels, and operational risks across a complex, multi-border chemical distribution netw
• ork.Analyze supply constraints, regional transaction flows, and business impacts, providing data-driven insights to support corporate decision-mak
• ing.Partner with internal operations, external clients, local logistics coordinators, and overseas offices to resolve operational exceptions and improve end-to-end fulfillm
• ent.Develop and maintain automated KPI dashboards, interactive reports, and performance tracking tools to enhance operational visibility across the SEA pipel
• ine.Conduct root cause analysis, trend analysis, scenario planning, and regular performance reviews to identify bottleneck areas and improvement opportunit
• ies.Drive process improvement initiatives, workflow automation, reporting optimization, and master data standardization proje
• cts.Contribute to digital transformation initiatives involving Power BI, Power Automate, custom ticketing system workflows, and operational reporting enhanceme
• nts.Support governance processes, Corrective and Preventive Actions (RCA/CAPA), and continuous improvement programs across the regional 3PL and distribution netw

Require

• ments:Degree-qualified or equivalent work experience, with 2-4 years of experience in business analytics and process impro
• vementGood understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, distributor network operations, and operational performance me
• trics.Experience working with regional stakeholders and multi-country operational
• teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a demonstrated ability to translate complex transaction data into actionable business ins
• ights.Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, data analytics, artificial intelligence(AI) and data visualization

tools.
