Role Description The Regional Supervisor is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing operational performance and team activities across an assigned geographic region. This role will coordinate daily work schedules, monitor performance metrics, and ensure consistent execution of Insight Genesis – IGAi's standards, processes, and service levels. The Regional Supervisor will provide coaching and support to local teams, facilitate clear communication between regional staff and central leadership, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and user experience. They will review regional data and reports, track progress on KPIs, and recommend actions to address trends, risks, or resource needs. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support regional launches, pilot programs, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company's mission.

  • Regional operations and leadership skills, including experience supervising distributed or remote teams and coordinating activities across multiple locations.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities to manage schedules, resources, and regional priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret regional performance metrics, produce concise reports, and translate insights into practical action plans.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders, local partners, and diverse user groups across different markets.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address regional issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Experience in one or more relevant domains (financial services, human resources, education, or health and wellness) is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in AI- or technology-driven environments and openness to learning about data, behavior analytics, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and proactive follow-through.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in emerging or unbanked markets, or in mission-driven organizations focused on access and inclusion, is a plus.
