Regional Strategy & Operations Manager (APAC)

Our client is a leading Multinational technology company. This role will partner with the strategy leader to operationalize the APAC FY30 growth strategy across six markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Program Delivery

• Operationalize multi-year APAC growth strategies across six key markets.

• Drive the regional OKR process to translate strategic ambitions into clear, measurable key results.

• Manage cross-functional projects, managing dependencies, risks, and milestones to keep initiatives on track.

• Create high-impact executive communications, presentations, and updates for senior leadership.

• Leverage advanced AI tools to build analytical models, streamline reporting, and synthesize insights.

Market & Business Intelligence

• Combine internal business metrics with outside-in market data to surface regional growth drivers.
• Track APAC macroeconomic trends, tech shifts, and customer dynamics to assess commercial impacts.
• Evaluate addressable market opportunities and challenge key growth assumptions.
• Utilize AI-driven analytics to identify hidden data patterns, scan trends, and speed up research.
  

Job Requirements:

Experience: 5-7 years in management consulting, strategy & operations, or commercial strategy within the tech sector.

Project Governance: Proven track record running complex, cross-market program rhythms and aligning multi-functional teams without direct authority.

Analytical & AI Mastery: Strong proficiency with data analysis and visualization (Excel, PowerPoint), alongside hands-on comfort using AI tools to accelerate strategic analysis.

Executive Communication: Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, with extensive experience presenting to senior sales and strategy executives.

Mindset: Adaptable self-starter who excels in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
