We're partnering with a leading communications and media network to appoint a Regional Strategy Director based in Singapore.
This is a high-impact regional role for a strategically driven leader who understands how modern brands are built across media, digital, culture, platforms and commerce. You'll work across a portfolio of regional clients, helping shape communications strategy across APAC markets while partnering closely with senior client stakeholders and local agency teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with deep media and digital understanding. You'll be commercially aware, culturally connected and confident navigating the evolving landscape across social, content, data, performance, creator ecosystems and integrated media.
This role would suit someone equally comfortable leading a regional workshop, challenging a client brief, interpreting audience behaviour or helping shape modern go-to-market planning across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic development across key regional accounts spanning APAC markets
- Develop integrated communications, media and digital strategies grounded in consumer behaviour and business outcomes
- Partner with regional and local client teams to shape annual planning, campaign strategy and long-term brand direction
- Translate data, audience insights and cultural trends into clear strategic recommendations
- Work closely with media planning, digital, social, performance and analytics teams to deliver connected thinking
- Drive strategic consistency and excellence across multiple APAC markets
- Support new business pitches and regional growth opportunities
- Mentor and elevate planning capability across local market teams
What We're Looking For
- Strong strategy experience within a media, communications, digital or integrated agency environment
- Proven experience leading regional or multi-market APAC accounts
- Deep understanding of modern media ecosystems, digital channels and consumer behaviour
- Experience across brand strategy, communications planning and digital transformation projects
- Strong grasp of social, content, creator, performance and data-driven marketing environments
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with senior client-facing confidence
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect strategy to business growth
- Naturally curious, collaborative and culturally aware
