They are seeking a strategic and commercially minded leader to help shape and strengthen a high-growth business serving the data center industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual strategic planning, operating plan, and long-range business planning process
- Analyze business performance, profitability, and end-to-end value chains to identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, emerging technologies, and competitive developments within the data center ecosystem
- Provide strategic insights that enable informed business decisions
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Data Centers business
- Collaborate with various departments and regional leadership to drive strategic initiatives
- Support bid management processes for complex commercial opportunities
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports that improve business visibility and decision-making
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with 10-12 years in corporate strategy or business planning within data centers, critical infrastructure, industrial technology, power systems, HVAC, or energy management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
