Focus: Commercial & Industrial T&M Support
The Opportunity : We are seeking a high-caliber technical leader to spearhead Singapore Service Center. In this role, you will go beyond daily supervision-you will be the architect of regional service excellence across ASEAN. Leading a dedicated team of 9-10 technical specialists, you will ensure non-defense Test & Measurement (T&M) solutions remain the gold standard for accuracy and reliability.
Your Impact
Strategic Leadership: Transition the Singapore hub into a Regional Center of Competence, setting the benchmark for governance, resource allocation, and performance reporting.
Operational Precision: Direct daily workflows for Repair, Calibration (REP/CAL), and System Support, ensuring rapid turnaround times and peak customer satisfaction.
P&L & Efficiency: Drive profitability through smart inventory management, optimized service pricing, and the implementation of Lean methodologies.
Quality Guardianship: Champion ISO 17025 standards and ensure all operations remain compliant with global corporate guidelines and local legislation.
People Development: Mentor and lead a stable, self-motivated team of Engineers and Admin staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical mastery.
The Ideal Profile
Technical Core: A Degree in Electronics or Communication Engineering with a strong foundation in RF (Radio Frequency) and Measurement Metrology.
Leadership Pedigree: At least 5 years of experience managing technical service operations and multi-disciplinary teams.
Systems Savvy: Proven experience navigating SAP for operational planning and reporting.
Quality Mindset: Prior exposure to ISO 17025 accreditation and quality audits is highly preferred.
Business Acumen: You don't just understand the tech you understand the bottom line-possessing the financial literacy to manage costs and drive revenue.
