Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on individual to join our team in an operations-focused role with strong leadership development potential. This role involves overseeing export coordination, supporting regional customer service, and driving internal transformation through digital adoption and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order & Export Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end export operations including shipment tracking, export documentation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide support to regional customer service teams on exception handling such as returns, claims, and permit-related matters.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between logistics, finance, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
  • Take ownership of operational challenges beyond direct responsibilities and drive decisions assertively.

3. Team Empowerment & Leadership

  • Lead with a supportive, non-micromanaging approach focused on empowerment and collaboration.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively, coach team members, and help strengthen individual capabilities.
  • Foster a positive, energized team culture and serve as a cultural influencer within the organization.

5. Public Speaking & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Confidently represent the team in internal meetings, cross-functional discussions, and working groups.
  • Communicate team priorities, progress, and challenges clearly and constructively.

6. Digital Tools & Systems Adoption

  • Use SAP daily for order and export-related processes; gradually adopt and support Salesforce usage.
  • Embrace new ERP systems, automation tools, and AI-driven platforms with a learner's mindset.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation and user adoption of digital initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
  • 23 years experience in sales coordination or customer service
  • Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP B1) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
