Drive regional air freight profitability and growth across APAC & Middle East by leading carrier procurement, capacity planning, and trade lane yield strategies.

• Procurement & Contracting: Develop regional procurement strategies, negotiate high-volume carrier rate agreements, and drive global incentive contracts.

• Capacity & Network Strategy: Align regional trade lane demand with carrier allocations, optimising gateway networks and resolving capacity bottlenecks.

• Revenue & Yield Management: Own qualitative financial performance, setting pricing frameworks and optimising consolidation ratios to maximise profit margins.

• Subcontractor & Carrier Steering: Manage strategic airline and vendor relationships, establishing SLA performance frameworks and serving as the regional escalation point.

• Min. 5 years of logistics procurement and leadership experience, with deep expertise in Air Freight capacity and trade lane management across APAC and Middle East.

• Proven track record in carrier negotiations, airline rate structuring, and regional revenue/profitability optimisation.

• Strong commercial acumen and cross-cultural communication skills; CargoWise experience.
