Job Description

About the Company

Our client is a globally recognised professional services organisation with a strong international footprint across the global markets. Renowned for its collaborative and people-centric culture, the organisation is currently undergoing a strategic transformation of its corporate operations function. As part of this evolution, they are investing in experienced leadership talent to drive greater operational excellence, consistency and scalability across their regional office network.

About the Role

This is a newly created regional leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing Operations across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Reporting directly into a Global Operations leader, you will define and execute the regional operations strategy, establish key operational priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across a diverse multi-country footprint.

The role carries responsibility for regional operational governance, business continuity, workplace strategy, vendor management, facilities oversight and large-scale operational projects. You will work closely with country leadership teams, senior business stakeholders and regional operations managers to ensure consistency, efficiency and the delivery of best-in-class workplace, employee and visitor experiences.

A key component of the role will involve leading regional transformation efforts, optimising operational processes, enhancing space utilisation, improving vendor governance and driving strategic initiatives such as office relocations, refurbishments and workplace modernisation programmes. This is a highly visible leadership position that requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across a complex matrix environment.

What We'll Like to See in You

We are looking for a seasoned Operations leader with at least 10 years of experience leading regional operations, workplace, facilities or corporate services functions within a professional services environment or a large global matrix organisation. You should have a proven track record managing multi-country operations, overseeing significant operational budgets, leading complex transformation initiatives and driving operational excellence at scale.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in workplace and facilities management, vendor strategy, contract negotiations, office relocations, workplace redesign and service delivery management across multiple locations. Equally important will be your ability to navigate a sophisticated stakeholder environment, building credibility and influence with senior leadership teams while successfully leading geographically dispersed teams.

Beyond technical expertise, we are seeking someone with a high level of emotional intelligence, strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, capable of building new frameworks and processes from the ground up, and passionate about creating exceptional employee and client experiences.

Why You'll Love This Role

This is a rare opportunity to shape and build a regional Operations function within a globally respected organisation. The role offers significant visibility and direct exposure to senior business leaders, allowing you to influence strategic decision-making and leave a meaningful impact across multiple countries.

You'll be joining an organisation that values collaboration, inclusion, innovation and continuous improvement. Beyond the operational leadership remit, you'll have the opportunity to lead high-profile transformation projects, partner with diverse international teams and help define the future workplace experience across the region.

For candidates who enjoy building capabilities, driving change and operating at both strategic and operational levels, this role offers the ideal platform to further develop their leadership career within a high-performing and globally connected environment.
