Position Overview:
The RSOC Operator plays a key frontline role in ensuring the safety and security of employees and facilities across the APAC region 24/7. This position is responsible for real-time monitoring, coordination, and response to physical security events. Working on a 12-hour rotational shift (day and night), the RSOC Operator supports access control management, CCTV surveillance, alarm monitoring, and provides timely support to Area Security Managers and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
. Monitor regional security systems which includes access control management, CCTV and alarms.
. Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, escalating as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
. Maintain situational awareness of ongoing activities within the APAC region.
. Support incident logging, reporting, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
. Handle inbound and outbound calls through the 24/7 RSOC emergency hotline.
. Conduct routine system health checks, testing of regional security systems, and report any faults or abnormalities.
. Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to company policies at all times.
Requirements:
. Minimum 1 year of experience in Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC), or relevant command center environment.
. Good understanding of physical security systems, including access control and CCTV platforms (e.g., CCure, Genetec).
. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
. Willing to work 12-hour rotational shifts (day/night, weekends, and public holidays).
. Possess a valid Senior Security Officer license (SSO) from PLRD.
Note:
. Deployed for 15 working days (within the permitted working hours).
. You will be placed on standby for an additional 9 working days.
