We are currently looking to hire a Regional Salesforce CRM Effectiveness Manager to join the salesforce team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency of the sales team by skillfully managing and leveraging the Sales Force CRM (SFDC) and other tools that enhance Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE). The individual will also oversee the implementation, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of SFE strategies in the region, ensuring they align seamlessly with the company's overarching goals and objectives. You will be reporting to the CEO directly for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and execution of the regional Sales Force CRM (SFDC) strategy.
  • Supervise the incorporation of SFDC tools and technologies to improve the processes and efficacy
  • Manage the integration of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) tools for the successful execution of growth strategies.
  • Implement training courses to ensure that the team is capable of making the most of SFDC and SFE capabilities.
  • Making good use of SFDC data to provide reports and insights that can be put to use, facilitating well-informed decisions at the corporate and regional levels.
  • Collaborate with the local digital team to implement a number of CRM initiatives across the region
  • Generation of CRM reports; deriving insights and driving initiatives through the tracking and analysis of results
  • Work together with cross-functional teams from IT, sales, and marketing to make sure SFDC is seamlessly integrated into all business operations.
  • Engage in regular communication with teams and regional sales leaders to get input and resolve issues pertaining to SFE and SFDC.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

skills and experience required

  • Minimum a Bachelor in Business / Marketing / equivalent discipline
  • Regional exposure is mandated
  • Prior experience in Salesforce implementation and data analysis
  • Prior people-management experience will be highly preferred
  • Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
