Role Overview
The Sales Support Executive (Regional) will provide end-to-end pre-sales and sales operations support for strategic data center deals. This includes managing RFIs/RFPs, coordinating proposals, maintaining CRM data integrity, and orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead and manage RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) including planning, content curation, and submission governance.
. Maintain proposal assets and ensure client-specific tailoring for hyperscale data centre opportunities.
. Coordinate complex deal timelines, stakeholder engagement, and approval workflows.
. Ensure CRM data integrity and pipeline hygiene for accurate forecasting.
. Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing in partnership with Finance.
. Serve as liaison between Sales and internal teams (Solutions, Operations, Legal, Marketing) for solution feasibility and contract management.
. Support customer meetings to clarify operational and process topics.
. Maintain dashboards, RFx calendars, and publish status updates for leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
. 3-6 years of experience in sales operations, bid management, or pursuit support within data center, cloud, or infrastructure sectors.
. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
. Excellent written communication and attention to detail for proposal development.
. Knowledge of data center operations (capacity, SLAs, interconnects) and ability to translate technical inputs into customer-ready responses.
