Job Description:

• Understand and fully master the operational, functionality and hands on process on Alibaba.com.
• Attend to call and email enquiries
• Lead the provision of operational support to sales
• Work with third-party e-commerce enablers to ensure tasks are executed on time
• Any other duties as assigned
