Job Description

. Expand marine recreational engine sales in the Asian market by identifying growth opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential partners, and developing tailored sales strategies

. Promote the spare parts business by working closely with distributors to enhance inventory planning, availability, and customer satisfaction

. Develop the recreational boat market in Asia by collaborating with industry stakeholders, organizing promotional activities, and providing technical and commercial guidance

. Support the vessel cleaning robot business in Singapore through market development efforts, customer engagement, and coordination with the technical team

. Keep track of distributors sales performance to ensure expected sales targets are met

. Prepare quotations for customers and distributors in a timely and accurate manner

. Analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones

. Monitor and follow up closely on the sales activities of distributors, ensuring alignment with corporate goals

. Provide comprehensive support to distributors for ongoing projects, including technical assistance and regular updates to the department manager

. Assist in organizing and executing sales seminars, promotional campaigns, after-sales programs, and other customer engagement events

. Oversee shipyard build schedules and facilitate technical and commercial meetings with customers

. Advise on commissioning schedules and oversee the commissioning process to ensure efficiency and compliance

. Impart technical knowledge of marine engines to stakeholders and provide training as necessary

. Offer guidance on engine handling practices to prevent damage and encourage adherence to sound engineering principles

. Coordinate with service agents on service agreement matters and performance expectations

. Analyze the market environment and provide accurate forecasts and insights to the management

. Strong understanding in sales process

. Good communication, administrative and management skills

. Resourceful, result-oriented and hardworking

. Self-motivated

. Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers

. High sense of integrity and transparency

. Meticulous and pays attention to details to ensure minimum errors in work

. 10 years of relevant sales experience in marine industry
