Position Summary
Reporting to the International Director of Sales, this is a newly created Sales role within the organisation to target new business growth of its Industrial range of bolted steel tanks and covers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Territory Plan to expand sales channels across the SEA region in alignment with company strategy and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to deliver tailored sales presentations supporting sustainable new business and account growth.
- Maintain regular customer communication on technical and commercial matters, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at relevant trade shows and conduct regular SEA customer visits to support market development.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations, followed up on opportunities, and support order execution.
- Manage Salesforce CRM, maintained data integrity, and provide sales forecasts through funnel analysis.
- Produce weekly sales reports for review in Sales Meetings.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 Years of proven industrial and/or capital equipment sales or business development.
- Proven ability and experience managing long sales cycles ( 6 months)
- Industrial bolted tank experience is preferred
- Salesforce.com experience is preferred
- Experience with setting up new sales agents and distributors across SEA
- 50% travel involved in SEA region
- Driving licence required
