We are looking for Regional Sales Manager to join our fast growing organization under Business team.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
- Research and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set sales targets, forecast sales volumes and monitor performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries, complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential customers.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and service support teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy.
- Provide input on pricing and product enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Manage expenses and resources, and ensure sales activities contribute to the overall financial health of the company.
Requirements:
- Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Preferably 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience, with some management experience in defence technology.
- Engineering background is advantageous.
- Able to travel overseas
- Organized and meticulous.
