Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales team to maximize sales at the lowest possible costs for the assign region.

1 - Initiate all direct sales efforts to optimize product line growth at the lowest possible sales costs.

2 - Maintain a balanced sales call plan to sell at the forecasted ratio.

3 - Maintain good relationships with customers to assure satisfied and continued sales

revenue growth within region including identifying new projects.

4 - Ensure that the sales revenue and margin goals are achieved by working to develop final pricing on Packaging Machines business

5 - Complete special projects and duties as assigned to enhance the market position of the company.

  • Based on successful product applications, help find comparable prospects with similar needs to expand company market share.
  • Continually monitor markets, market requirements and modification of existing product line in the development of new equipment to meet the changing market needs.
  • Submit written sales forecasts on a bi-weekly basis, as well as key lost order reports as required.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales quotas; Participate in quote review and opportunity strategy meetings.
  • Interface with sales, and customers to clarify specifications for order entry.
  • Coach & Develop Sales Engineer.
  • Cooperation with internal of company, but not limited to Center of Competence.
  • Follow company guidelines for expense control and operate within budget.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of sales working experience in manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical/food processing/chemical processing/ general packaging is preferred; including 3 years team management experience.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering and related mayor.
  • Good communication. Proficient both in oral and written English.
  • Initiative, good analytical skills and decision-making.
  • Can accept frequent traveling and work under pressure.
  • Advanced techniques of direct sales, marketing and local promotion of capital goods
  • Strong marketing sense and customer-oriented.
