About the Company

A global leader in industrial equipment, engineered systems, aftermarket services, and clean energy technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth throughout Southeast Asia.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead regional commercial efforts for a respected international organization serving customers across industrial gas, LNG, cryogenic systems, energy infrastructure, manufacturing, and process industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth objectives
  • Drive revenue expansion across existing customers and new market opportunities
  • Establish sales plans, targets, and performance metrics
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and customer engagement
  • Deliver consistent sales growth and market share expansion
  • Develop relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities across industrial and energy markets
  • Build strategic partnerships that support long-term regional growth
  • Expand customer relationships through consultative selling and solution-based engagement
  • Maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and retention initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Provide regional market intelligence and recommendations to leadership
  • Identify evolving customer requirements and growth opportunities
  • Partner closely with operations, engineering, service, and leadership teams
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives and growth programs
  • Ensure alignment between commercial objectives and operational capabilities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales tools and commercial processes

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience within industrial or technical markets
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business development and key account management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies
  • Experience working with complex technical products, services, or engineered solutions
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Southeast Asia

Pay range and compensation package

Base Salary: RM 158,493 – RM 233,078 annually

Performance Bonus: Up to an additional 2 months salary annually

Target total compensation potential is approximately RM 185,000 – RM 270,000+ annually, based on performance and bonus achievement.
