Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager based in Singapore, you willdrive the growth and visibility of Private Brand (PB) products across diversemarkets. You will develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies thatalign with local consumer preferences and collaborate closely with internalteams including marketing, supply chain, and merchandising. Your role involvesidentifying and cultivating new partnerships across retail, wholesale, anddigital channels, negotiating favorable terms that support mutual growth.

Leveraging your strong analytical skills, you will interpretsales data to optimize pricing, product mix, and promotional campaigns. Youwill coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful product launchesand consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic execution andrelationship management.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored by market segment and product to ensure successful PB product launches.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to align launch roadmaps and guarantee seamless execution across all channels.
  • Identify and build new partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, and online platforms to expand PB distribution throughout Southeast Asia and global markets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with buyers and distributors, fostering long-term, sustainable revenue growth.
  • Research potential export markets and design scalable distribution models reflecting local consumer behavior and market structures.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to scale PB revenue and gross margin in line with quarterly and annual targets.
  • Monitor sales performance data to identify trends, optimize pricing strategies, refine assortments, and enhance promotional effectiveness.
  • Generate actionable insights from market analytics to inform strategic decisions and support future growth.
  • Coordinate feedback loops between internal teams to continuously improve product assortment and promotional activities based on real-time market feedback.



What You Bring

To excel in this role, you should have a strong backgroundin retail sales management, paired with excellent interpersonal skills andcommercial acumen.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 to 15 years of proven experience in sales management, trade marketing, or business development within retail sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales targets and growing revenue streams through innovative channel strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to build dependable partnerships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using sales data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with cross-cultural teams and external partners.
  • Ability to lead with entrepreneurial mindset, to drive performance and target achievement, leading team members, collaborative problem solving and transforming business set up.
